Booking Your Shore Excursions
Shore excursions open June 6. Book them directly in the Virgin Voyages app, or have Lillian reserve them for you — just email your selections to support@brownskinbrunchin.com. The prices listed here are pre-cruise pricing — prices increase once on board, so early booking is encouraged.
Bar Tab — Drink Packages
You can pre-purchase a Bar Tab to use on board for alcoholic beverages and specialty juices & coffees. (Soda and water are already included in your fare.) Buy your Bar Tab before boarding to earn a bonus:

Arrive a Day Early
Fly in the day before so you're rested and settled — not racing the clock on embarkation morning. We're basing at the President Hotel Athens, with an early group dinner near the Acropolis to kick things off.

An early, relaxed dinner at a restaurant near the Acropolis — our first night together before the voyage. Restaurant to be confirmed.
Cruisin' Away Tee
Boarding day is matchy-matchy — everyone wears the official Cruisin' Away tee for our group embarkation photo. The shirts are mailed out ahead of the trip.
Ship Opens — Luggage Drop-Off
The ship opens at 9:00 AM. You can drop your luggage starting then, so you're free to explore hands-free before sail-away.
Shuttle into Town
Once your bags are dropped, a shuttle runs into a small downtown area nearby.
🥂 Sail-Away Party
Up on deck, drinks in hand, as the Scarlet Lady pulls away from Piraeus and the adventure officially begins. Party time is to be confirmed — but remember, all aboard is two hours before the 6:00 PM departure.
Flying Dress Photoshoot $200 / person
The iconic flowing-gown shoot against whitewashed walls and the blue Aegean. Bring the drama.
Cocktail Glam
Our group dinner night — bring the drama. Cocktail dresses, sharp separates, blue and gold, and a little sparkle. Think Old-Hollywood glamour at sea.

Brushes, bubbles, and ocean views — a relaxed creative session while we cruise toward Sicily.

Sicilian wine-country elegance for the Syracuse vineyard day. Breezy linen, warm earth tones, flowing sundresses, a sun hat and great shades — effortless and golden-hour ready.
Syracuse & Sicilian Wines Virgin Excursion $140
Explore the heart of Syracuse — the Greco-Roman city that gave the world Archimedes — including its cathedral with original Greek features still in the façade. Then on to a nearby vineyard to taste a selection of Sicily's best blends paired with local appetizers.
Amalfi — Yellow & Blue
Boat day along the Amalfi Coast — this one's a coordinated look: yellow and blue only. Lemon-and-azure against the cliffs, breezy fabrics, and comfortable shoes for all the walking.
Positano & Amalfi by Boat Virgin Excursion $145
Cruise the Amalfi Coast by boat, stopping in Positano and Amalfi with free time to wander, shop, and take in the dramatic cliffs and pastel villages at your own pace. Walking required — comfortable shoes recommended. Route may run in reverse and is subject to sea conditions.

Stay On in Barcelona
For those not ready to head home: three easy, food-forward days in Barcelona. Tapas and wine tastings, a scenic Montserrat day trip, and unhurried time wandering the old neighborhoods — culture without the pressure, thoughtfully planned but refreshingly flexible.

A small-group food tour straight to the best local haunts — sampling jamón, paella, cheese, churros and more, finishing with a secret dish revealed on the day.

Transport from the city, then the scenic cogwheel train up the mountain to the Montserrat Monastery and basilica, with dramatic views and tastings of traditional Catalan liquors and pastries.
